Thomas E. Vineyard
Thomas E. Vineyard is a California Certified Public Accountant practicing as a sole proprietor. Since serving in the US Marine Corps and graduating from the University of Southern California he has spent more than 30 years assisting clients. Tom was a senior manager in the audit department of KPMG's Los Angeles office. In that capacity, Tom developed an expertise in Real Estate, Banking and Trusts and Estates.
Andrey A. Shishmakov
Andrey Shishmakov, a licensed California CPA, has been associated with Thomas E. Vineyard & Associates for over a decade. Specializing in individual and business taxation, he works closely with governmental taxing authorities and engages in tax planning. Having immigrated to the United States at the age of 17, he attended the College of the Desert and went on to graduate from the University of North Georgia.
